The heart of Jesus’ message was simple, “Come, follow me.” 

Those three little words will change your life forever.  Understanding this simple calling and all that it entails is essential as we follow him together.
 

MAY 4 - YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES / Matt. 4:18-22, 11:28-30
Jesus’ call is to everyone, “Come, follow me.” It’s simple, direct, and challenging.  But, not only does Jesus offer the call, he believes that we can do it!

MAY 11 - TAKE IT UP / Matthew 16:21-26, Mark 8:34
Following Jesus is a heroic effort.  To follow him moment by moment, to choose Jesus over the desires of this world, to do his will even when the work is difficult and the future looks bleak. He believes you can do it. 

MAY 18 - LAY IT DOWN / Matthew 19:16-24
What motivates the desires of your heart?  That is where God is searching.  What are you willing to lay down in order to follow him? 

MAY 25 - COUNT THE COST – Luke 14:25-33
Real discipleship implies real commitment.  We cannot follow him without first knowing what is at stake, what it really costs us, and what it ultimately cost him. 

JUNE 1 - GO ALL THE WAY – Matthew 28:19-21
Following Jesus requires that we take action.  He has left us with a great task. He trusts that we can get it done as we work together.  What simple steps are you taking to seek out someone to disciple and someone who can disciple you?
